The following response was made on 21.02.2018: “Nature of feedback: Support the application Comment: Eardisley Group Parish Council has considered this application and has no objection to the proposed remedial works on the damaged Willow trees.”

The following response was made on 01.03.2018: “Nature of feedback: Objecting to the application Comment: Eardisley Group Parish Council considered this application and concluded there was little material difference between this and a previous application (P174398/F) that was refused. The basis for the refusal was that “the housing mix on site … does not accord with Eardisley and Group Parishes Neighbourhood Development Plan Policies SD1 (f) and Policy H5 (b). and cs policy H3”. Since no changes have been effected to counter this assessment, EGPC is not in a position to support this application for variation of condition 2 of PP P143517/F.

P180475/F – Plot 8, Courtlands Farm, Winforton, Herefordshire HR3 6EA – Application for variation of condition 2 of planning permission P151168/F. To alter design/layout of garage. Determined (See Above)

The following response was made on 01.03.2018: “Nature of feedback: Objecting to the application Comment: Eardisley Group Parish Council found an application for variation of condition 2 for Plot 8 was previously included in application P174398/F, which was refused. The basis for the refusal was that “the housing mix on site …. does not accord with Eardisley and Group Parishes Neighbourhood Development Plan Policies SD1 (f) and Policy H5 (b). and cs policy H3”. Drawings in support of this application do not separate out Plot 8 from the other plots in the original application and EGPC did not consider it would be appropriate to set a precedent in respect of Plot 8, while objecting to the related application for plots 5, 6 and 7.”

The following response was made on 01.03.2018: “Nature of feedback: Support the application Comment: Eardisley Group Parish Council has considered this application in conjunction with Application P180313/L and believes the necessary criteria in relation to listed building heritage status appear to have been satisfactorily taken into account. The proposed structure should not detract from the existing building and its location at the rear of the property minimises any impact on its surroundings. EGPC is, therefore, happy to support this application.”
