The following response was submitted by the Clerk on 1st June 2018:
“This application was reviewed by Eardisley Group Parish Council, who wish to make the following comments: – The location is outside the settlement boundary, therefore only a one dwelling for one dwelling replacement is possible within the NDP. – The house must be placed in the Flood Zone 1 part of the site. – The proposed house is 3-storey and this is seen as excessive as a replacement for a single storey dwelling. – The 3-storey design is not in keeping with other homes in the vicinity. The Parish Council concluded it could approve this application only if the new dwelling does not exceed 2 storeys.” [Comments sent on behalf of the Parish Council by Alison Morgan, Parish Council Clerk]
