3 MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING: – The Minutes were agreed and signed by the Chairman, as a true record.
4 Report from Cllr Clive Skelton: –
£1.6m available for roadworks in Herefordshire in 2016/17. South of county seems to fare much better than North.
Council small-holders and farms tenancies – strong feelings about how this has been handled. A letter has been sent to HC asking them to look again at this.
Parish councillors raised the issues of: –
Poor council management of empty farm buildings
Litter across county

7. NEIGHBOURHOOD PLAN: – Report from Nancy James – see appendix B
8. EXTRA-ORDINARY MEETING – The Chairman called a meeting on
Monday April 18th at 7.30pm in Whitney-on-Wye Village Hall.
To discuss: –

i) The PC and how it will function in the future
ii) Traffic/Highways agenda items held over – see agenda item 9.

9. PROPOSED WORKS: –
It was RESOLVED to discuss the Traffic and Highways Group recommendations at the extra-ordinary PC meeting to be held on April 18th 2016
10 KINGTON SURGERY PATIENT LIASION GROUP: –
Paul Whittall has been invited by the new practice manager to attend the next patient liaison group meeting
11 LENGTHSMAN and P3 SCHEME 2016/17: –
To continue for 2016/17 at the same rates as 2015/16.
The Clerk went through the BBLP plans for both schemes with HC funding being phased out completely. Any funding will have to come from the PC
