7 TRAFFIC & HIGHWAYS Working Party – Report – see agenda item 6
8 REQUEST to remove brown village sign north of Eardisley. This was discussed and AGREED. The sign is to be kept.
9 The following PLANNING GROUP was formed:-

The following FINANCE GROUP was formed: –

The following HIGHWAYS WORKING GROUP was formed: –
Mr J Wyatt; Mr L Price; Mr J Forrest
+ FPOs when required for P3/Lengthsman issues.
+ 3 or 4 residents – volunteers from the existing Traffic & Highways Group

10 WINFORTON – Dog fouling sign. Required for Baker’s Lane – a suitable post needed.
Request for another sign for Whitney.
11 SID – replacement batteries x2 required. Several quotes obtained. It was AGREED to purchase
12 WEBSITE – Grants are available to set up a separate EGPC website if required. Clerk to investigate exact costs
13 ACCOUNTS 2015/16 – The Clerk went through the figures and these were discussed.

Concerns were raised about the number of already approved planning applications for new houses in Winforton

Pre-application advice from Hereford Council currently not referring to the Neighbourhood Plan

Once the NP is ‘made’ (Friday 20th May) then HC agree with it and must advise accordingly
